Registration Information...

Your Group Booking

So far, 130 groups have registered an interest online to attend the camp. Another 13 have still to confirm their email address. If you are having difficulty doing this, please email the Web Team for advice for advice.

From September 1, 2009, Derbyshire Group Leaders – and from October 1 the rest of the UK and international leaders – will be able to turn this interest into a booking by following load my details link, under the camper registration section of the bookings part of the website. Leaders who have not already registered an interest can complete the booking online by following the start new registration link.

Once a booking has been submitted online you have 28 days to send in your non-returnable deposit and required permissions. Failure to do so could result in places being reallocated - we are limited to 6,000 campers.

Derbyshire Guiders

It is recommended that you send your permission form to Janet Treece, with the deposit cheque. Please enclose a stamped envelope, addressed to Mrs Elaine Wright, Peak 2010, PO Box 7762, Derby DE1 0SG, so that Janet can post on your forms once she has signed them.

If you are unable to use our online system please print out, fill in and post paper versions to this address. You can access the documents on our download page or camper registration area of the Peak 2010 website. Paper copies are enclosed with this bulletin where leaders have requested information by post.

To avoid disappointment please ensure booking forms and deposits are sent as soon as possible. You are reminded that completion and acknowledgement of interest to attend does not automatically confirm your place at the Peak 2010 camp. Confirmation of your booking will only follow completion of the full booking process and payment of all fee deposits required. We will endeavour to confirm bookings within three weeks of the deposit and correctly completed forms being received.

Deposit and booking should be received by January 31, 2010 and the balance of payment by March 31, 2010.

Two passport-sized photos, for ID purposes, are required for all leaders and helpers aged 18 and over and all member helpers aged 16 or 17. These can be sent in with bookings or later with final payments, but must be received by March 31, 2010. Please print the name of the person and the group on the back of each photo and send in an envelope clearly marked with the group name.

Information for Derbyshire and UK Campers Bookings is provided on the downloads and registration pages of the Peak 2010 website.

Important reminders

Staff Code of Conduct
All leaders and adult helpers must read and accept the Staff Code of Conduct Peak 2010 - to be found on the website or in this bulletin.
